These new wave darlings are making all the right moves right now, proliferating the radio waves - sharing the sounds of their brand new EP (out this week) and rocking stages in and around Boston. One to Know in 2009: THE NEW COLLISIONS
This week, The New Collisions release their debut EP - an opportunity for fans to take home a piece of the band for the first time ever. We were lucky enough to have a copy right here - and we find ourselves immediate fans. We just love Sarah's voice (she also has a transcendent rock-star quality - a sexy stage persona that sets her apart!) The band keeps getting sharper as time goes on. The New Collisions are the right blend of guitar/keys/drums/bass and it's clear everybody has worked very hard to polish their performances for this high-end pop project and it shows on this EP - certainly one of the best new music projects to come out of Boston this year... Highly Recommended!
