As you read this, plans are coming together at Eenie Meenie Records for the band's forthcoming album release (we are hearing there will be an April 2009 release.) This will be the follow up to Great Northern's critically acclaimed 2007 album, Trading Twilight for Daylight (an RSL Top 40 Albums of the Year - 2007.) There is a lot to be excited about. The new record will be produced by Nick Jodoin and Michael Patterson (Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Beck, Ladytron, Puff Daddy.) The recording sessions for the album are set to wrap some point this month.
